It will likely be slow to develop elsewhere as long as there are immigrants or Putins or Assads or threats-to-our-way-of-life to blame for things being off-kilter. <br /><br />Ultimately, the US public doesn't see itself as a nation being exploited by the 1%, but rather as a nation now suffering from decisions taken in the 60's that provided too much coddling of "others", too much government intervention on behalf of minorities, too much union influence in the marketplace.
